We specialize in meeting the IT and computer needs of small and medium sized businesses. We are the perfect computer (IT) ”solution” for people who can not afford to pay for a full time IT department, yet have IT needs that demand attention. Our motto is ” Serving the IT needs of the Roanoke Valley and Beyond.” What this means is that we are willing to travel as far as needed for our customers to make sure that their individual needs are met. For example, we have customers with businesses based in Roanoke, who also have satellite branches in Richmond, Charlottesville, Martinsville, and even as far away as Johnson City, TN and Greenville, SC. We believe in making sure our customers are taken care of, even if that means going on the road. We are committed to offering excellent service with a personal touch to all of our customers.
So who is Spencer Technology Solutions anyway, and where did they come from ? Well, that is very simple. Spencer Technology Solutions is owned & operated by Matt Spencer. Matt graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Information Technology. Of course like all good Hokies, he loves Virginia Tech Hokie football. Matt is proud to have served as the President of Roanoke Valley Virginia Tech Alumni Association for ten years, and to still volunteer at Alumni events.
From 1995-2008 Matt worked as Vice President of IT Consulting for Laser Renewal Inc. based in Roanoke. In January of 2009, he opened Spencer Technology Solutions, and Matt and his team have been giving great service to all of our customers ever since.
Spencer Technology Solutions is very proud to call Roanoke home. We love the beautiful majestic mountains, and the small town feeling and friendly atmosphere of Roanoke.
