I’m Thankful that my computer works !

It’s the time of year that we reflect on all the things that we are thankful for, and for the special people who have helped us out all year long.  At Spencer Technology Solutions, we are touched by all the great customers who thank us for our time and our services, and have said  to us “I’m thankful that my computer works.”   It makes us feel like we are doing our part to help keep the wheels turning, and keep people going.   We are proud to be Roanoke’s Computer Support Specialists, and to serve the computer needs of the roanoke valley and beyond.  We have so many great customers, and we are thankful for each one of them, and for their continued business.

So if your computer isn’t working, and you aren’t feeling very thankful – give us a call at 540-815-9397, and let us make you one of our happy customers.

Our most important client – You !

At Spencer Technology Solutions all of our clients receive first class treatment and service for all their computer needs.  We treat each client as though they are the most important on our list.  Try calling Tech Support on a 1-800 and see if you get the same first class service.   When you are being transferred around from one person to the next explaining and re-explaining your problem, you don’t feel like their most important customer that is for certain.  As a matter of fact you start to feel as though you don’t matter at all.   If you are tired of being treated like just another number, and want to feel like you matter give us a call at 540-815-9397, and let us show you what first class service is all about.

Remembering our Veterans

Veterans day is a time for remembrance, and a time to say “Thank you” to the men and women who serve our country.  Spencer Technology Solutions would like to join the rest of the nation in saying a heart felt thank you to all who have served past and present for their sacrifice.

Freedom is so often one of the many things that we take foregranted, and we forget the high price that has been paid for our freedom by those who came before us, and by those who are still serving today, protecting us day and night, while we go on with our daily routines.  As civilians, we will never know the trials they endure, or in many instances understand all that they go through  Our freedom is not free, but has cost the lives of many thousands of Americans. Let us hold them close in our hearts daily, and be thankful for the precious gift of freedom that they have given to us.  Say Thank you to a Veteran and their families today.  God Bless America.
